11-14-10 Randolph Center, Vt.
Eastern Maine Community College competed against the Green Knights of Vermont Technical College Sunday. The Lady Knights played first winning their second game of the season 54-37. Sophomore Kelly Vellek from Burlington lead the Lady Knights scoring 24 points including 6 three pointers. The Lady Knights won their first game against Unity College 66-23 the day before.
In the second game the men took charge winning 94 to 73. Green Knight senior Nick Simpson from Bay City, MI scored 30 points with Junior Kevin Carr from Wesminster, MD adding 25 points in the Knights second win of the year. The men won their first game against Nashua 118-59 the Sunday before.
Both teams are now 2-0. The next home games will be against Lyndon State on Nov. 30th. Photos from the game can be seen at CVSPORTSINFO.com
